Meet Dr. Shaw
|Hello and welcome! I am Dr. Shaw, and I am a management psychologist and instructor at Grand Canyon University, where I teach graduate courses in leadership strategies, personnel management, organizational behavior and development, and cognitive neuroscience. I have worked in supervisory roles, managed small groups, served as a leader in my community, and presented workshops.
My work with newly promoted business leaders is life-giving in that a sort of loop is created, where the energy you bring and the energy I bring creates a spark that continues to grow as we work together. The spark potentially ignites and a fire ensues that brings light and warmth to the people we serve. Thus the name: Spark307!
In addition to owning Spark307 and teaching, I am in my third year of learning the Russian language.
